After receiving the taxpayer’s revised opinion of value and the Assessor’s recommendation of value, Commissioner Fatooh recused himself from hearing application 2002-0574, Equity Officer Properties, disclosing that he is familiar with the building, and would not be able to agree with either of the parties’ valuation for the subject property.
