In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 of the City and County of San Francisco, for Friday, March 5, 2004 at 9:48 a.m.

Having no public in attendance for comment at the hearing, the Board resumed evidentiary proceedings from March 4, 2004, continuing to hear the assessor’s cross-examination of the below listed applicants for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the Assessment Roll for the years at issue.
At the hour of 10:13, the Board convened in closed session to hear testimony from the applicant regarding confidential trade secrets. The Board reconvened in open session at 10:23 a.m. and continued with applicants’ response to cross-examination. At the hour of 10:43, the Board convened back into closed session for assessor’s cross-examination pertaining to confidential trade secrets. The Board, at 11:57 a.m., reconvened in open session and took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:

The Board continued to hear assessor’s cross- examination of the below listed applicant for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the Assessment Roll for various years. At the hour of 2:20 p.m., the Board convened in closed session for additional cross-examination by the assessor relating to confidential trade secrets, and then reconvened into open session at 2:38 p.m., continuing with the assessor’s cross.
