The Board, at the hour of 11:35 a.m., recessed from the morning session to reconvene at 1:30 p.m.
RECONVENING OF THE BOARD
Commissioner Fatooh, Chairperson for the morning proceedings, was unable to return for the afternoon session of this hearing. Per the administrator’s discussion with the parties, the applicant was not willing to proceed with only a quorum of the board.
Therefore, there being no further business before the Board, the record shall reflect this meeting as adjourned at 11:35 a.m., and the Board in recess until it reconvenes on Monday, March 22, 2004 at 9:30 a.m.
