NOTE: Appeal No. 2002-0097 was previously heard by the Hearing Officer Program, as requested on applicant’s application. The Assessor’s office timely contested the Hearing Officer recommendation. The appeal was then scheduled for hearing on February 25, 2003 before a Board panel. At the February 25,2 003 hearing, the parties agreed to proceed with a 2-member quorum board panel. The decision from the February 25, 2003 hearing was a tie vote. The applicant, through its attorney, requested that this hearing start over and be heard before a fully complimented, 3-member board panel. This journal of proceedings reflects the new hearing for the above referenced appeal application.
