ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 of the City and County of San Francisco for Thursday, May 6, 2004 at 9:40 a.m.

Having no public comment, and the below listed applicants for change in the assessed valuation of property for the years at issue being present, the Board continued its evidentiary proceeding of May 5, 2004. At the hour of 9:52 a.m., the Board convened into closed session to hear applicant’s rebuttal testimony of confidential trade secret information regarding vacancy for the subject property and the assessor’s redirect on rental rates and vacancy. The Board reconvened into open session at 10:31 a.m, and continued to hear applicant’s rebuttal testimony regarding capitalization rate. The Board took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:

The Board, at the hour of 12:05 p.m., recessed from the morning session to reconvene at 1:30 p.m.

RECONVENING OF THE BOARD

The Assessment Appeals Board reconvened at the hour of 1:34 p.m.

The below listed applicants for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the Assessment Roll for the years at issue being present, the Board continued to hear applicant’s rebuttal testimony regarding capital costs, followed by redirect testimony from the assessor’s office. The Board then took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:
