ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 for the City and County of San Francisco on Monday, March 14, 2005 at 10:02 a.m.

Present: Peter Fatooh, Alec Lambie and Diane Robinson

Having no public comment and with the below listed applicant, through its agent, Patrick Chambers, being present and heard, the Board continued the evidentiary hearing from Dec. 8, 2004 effecting the 1999 and 2000 supplemental assessments for the subject property at issue. At the beginning of the proceedings, the Assessor asked to reopen their case in chief, in order to revise their recommendation of value to a lower value than what was original testified to in the earlier hearings. The Board granted the Assessor’s request, and then resumed hearing the Applicant’s cross-examination of the Assessor for the 1999 and 2000 supplemental assessments. The Board took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective application:

RECONVENING OF THE BOARD

The Assessment Appeals Board reconvened at the hour of 1:33 p.m.

The Board convened in open session, and with all the parties present from the morning session, the Board continued hearing Applicant’s cross-examination of the Assessor for the 1999 and 2000 supplemental assessments. The Board then took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective application:
