ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 for the City and County of San Francisco on Wednesday, March 16, 2005 at 9:06 a.m.

Having no public comment and with the below listed applicant, through its agent, Patrick Chambers, being present and heard, the Board resumed the evidentiary hearing effecting the 1999 and 2000 supplemental assessments for the subject property at issue, the Board heard testimony from Jonathan Grey of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors, witness for the Applicant. Following the Assessor’s cross-examination of Mr. Grey and redirect testimony by Mr. Chambers of Mr. Grey, the Board took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective application:

At the hour of 11:35 a.m. the Board recessed to reconvene at 1:00 p.m.

RECONVENING OF THE BOARD

The Assessment Appeals Board reconvened at the hour of 1:07 p.m.

The Board convened in open session, and with all the parties present from the morning session (except Applicant’s witness, Mr. Grey), the Board resumed hearing evidence and testimony from Applicant’s agent, Mr. Chambers, for the valuation of the supplemental assessments for the property at issue. The Assessor began its cross-examination of Mr. Chambers, at which point the Board took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective application:

There being no further business, the Board, at the hour of 3:37 p.m., recessed to reconvene Friday, March 18, 2005 at 9:30 a.m.
