ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

In the closed session meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 of the City and County of San Francisco on Friday, May 13, 2005 at 9:30 a.m.

Present: Peter Fatooh, Diane Robinson and John McGary

Quorum present

Chairperson: Peter Fatooh, Presiding

The Board opened its meeting at 9:30 a.m. in open session for public comment. There was no public comment given, so at the hour of 9:35, the Board went into closed session to deliberate the valuation for the below listed application affecting the 2002 Assessment Roll.

At the hour of 10:05 a.m. the Board reconvened in open session and took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective application:

There being no further business, the Board, at the hour of 10:10 a.m., adjourned it’s meeting in memory of Jack Renault and his many years of exemplary service to the City of San Francisco, and having recently retired as a Principal Appraiser in the Assessor’s Office. The Board will reconvene Tuesday, May 17, 2005 at 9:30 a.m.
