In the closed session meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 for the City and County of San Francisco on Tuesday, July 5, 2005 at 9:38 a.m.

With no public present for comment, at the hour of 9:42 a.m., the Board went into closed session to review the taxpayer representative’s request for the Board to reopen the evidentiary hearing so that the taxpayer can submit an opinion letter from the State Board of Equalization regarding lease signing dates, effective rent, and direct capitalization method of the income approach.
The Board reconvened in open session at 10:07 a.m. and took action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:
