ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 for the City and County of San Francisco on Thursday, July 7, 2005 at 9:47 a.m.

The Board opened its meeting and heard public comment from Mark Ong of Independent Tax Representatives, LLC regarding a May 25, 2005 opinion letter that he received from the State Board of Equalization regarding lease signing dates, effective rent, and direct capitalization method of the income approach to value property.

Following public comment, and with the below listed applicant for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the 2003 assessment roll year being present and heard, the Board took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective application:
