The following listed applicant for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the 2002 Assessment Roll being present and heard, the Board heard evidence and testimony from the taxpayer and the assessor on their position that the residential units located at 388 Market/1 Pine are correctly assessed as individual assessments, and therefore, establishing a single-economic for the subject parcels on appeal is not applicable.
At the hour of 10:55 a.m. the Board went into closed session to deliberate on whether or not the property should be valued as a single-economic unit, inclusive of the residential properties that the board brought in under its own motion. The Board, at the hour of 11:28 a.m. reconvened in open session and took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:
