ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 for the City and County of San Francisco on Monday, December 5, 2005 at 9:36 a.m.

The following listed applicant for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting various tax roll years being present, the Board heard evidence and testimony regarding the below listed applications.

The Board, at the hour of 11:10 a.m., went into closed session to hear evidence and testimony regarding confidential trade secrets from Cara Guyot, leasing agent for the subject property. At the hour of 11:35 a.m., the Board reconvened in open session, and continued to hear evidence and testimony from Ms. Guyot, witness for the applicant. The Board then took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:

RECONVENING OF THE BOARD

The Assessment Appeals Board reconvened at the hour of 1:37 p.m.

With the same parties present from the morning session, the Board continued to hear evidence and testimony from applicant’s witness, Ms. Guyot, followed by cross cross-examination by the Assessor. The Board then heard testimony and evidence from the applicant’s next witness, Lance Rickard, Director of Property Taxes for the property owner.

The Board, at the hour of 2:16 p.m., went into closed session to hear evidence and testimony from Mr. Rickard pertaining to confidential trade secret information on behalf of the applicant. At the hour of 2:28 p.m., the Board reconvened in open session, and continued to hear evidence and testimony from Mr. Rickard, followed by cross-examination by the Assessor. Mr. Ronald Baum, MAI appraiser, was the applicant’s final witness to provide evidence and testimony before the Board. The Board then took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:
