ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 for the City and County of San Francisco on Tuesday, January 3, 2006, at 9:35 a.m.

Present: Gordon Huseby, Carol Ruth Silver and Stephen Wasserman

Quorum present

Deputy City Attorney Marie Blits

The following listed applicant for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the Assessment Roll for various years being present and heard, the Board heard opening statements from both parties, followed by evidence and testimony from the Applicant’s first witness, Louis Weller, a Principal with Deloitte Tax, LLP. The Assessor’s office cross-examination of Mr. Weller was then heard, after which redirect testimony was given by the Applicant. The Board then took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:

RECONVENING OF THE BOARD

The Assessment Appeals Board reconvened at the hour of 1:35 p.m.

With the same parties present from the morning session, the Board continued with the applicant’s case-in-chief, hearing evidence and testimony from the applicant’s next witness, Matthew Field, Partner of TMG Partners, followed by cross-examination of Mr. Field by the Assessor’s office. The Applicant then gave redirect testimony, after which the Board took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:
