RECONVENING OF THE BOARD

The Assessment Appeals Board reconvened at the hour of 1:40 p.m.

Present: Donna Crowder, Peter Fatooh and Hayes Miles

Quorum present

Chairperson: Stephen Wasserman, Presiding

The following listed applicant for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the 1999 supplemental assessment roll being present and heard, the Board agreed to bifurcate the proceedings. The first phase of the hearing held today was on the legal issue of whether or not the June 8, 1999 change of ownership was a reassessable event.

After hearing evidence and testimony from the parties regarding the change of ownership, the Board, at the hour of 2:05 p.m., went into closed session to deliberate the change of ownership matter. At the hour of 2:20 p.m. the Board reconvened in open session and took action, as specified under this date on the original of the respective application:
