ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 for the City and County of San Francisco on Wednesday, July 12, 2006, at 9:33 a.m.

Present: Peter Fatooh, Gordon Huseby and Carol Ruth Silver

With the following listed applicants for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the Assessment Roll for various years being present and heard, Chairperson Silver disclosed a potential conflict of interest resulting from the applicants' representative, Protax, LLC, having previously represented Chair Silver in assessment appeal matters for property in San Francisco.

Following an open discussion with the parties and the administrator, and upon a discussion between the administrator and the Board's legal counsel, Chairperson Silver recused herself from the proceedings. The Board then took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:
