RECONVENING OF THE BOARD

The Assessment Appeals Board reconvened at the hour of 1:35 p.m.

Present: Peter Fatooh, Diane Robinson and Carol Ruth Silver

Quorum present

The following listed applicant for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the 2003 and 2004 assessment roll being present and heard, the Board heard evidence and testimony in support of the agreed-upon value between the parties for the below listed applications.

By a 2-1 vote, with member Robinson dissenting, the Board declined to accept the agreed-upon value. The Board then instructed the Administrator to invite Assessor Phil Ting to appear before the board panel to answer questions regarding the Assessor's office methodology for valuing Prop 8 appeals for properties held for longer than seven years and how it relates specifically to the subject property at issue. After which, the Board took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:
