ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

The following listed applicant for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the 2003 and 2004 assessment roll being present and heard, the Board commenced hearing applicant's testimony and evidence for the 2003 assessed appeal. The Board then took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:

The Assessment Appeals Board reconvened at the hour of 1:08 p.m.

With the same parties present from the morning session, the Board continued to hear testimony and evidence from the applicant regarding the 2003 assessed value, followed by the assessor's cross-examination of the applicant. The Board then took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:
