ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 for the City and County of San Francisco on Thursday, January 18, 2007, at 9:37 a.m.

The following listed applicant for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the 2003 and 2004 assessment roll being present and heard, the Board continued hearing Assessor's cross-examination of Taxpayer's expert witness, Ronald Baum, for the 2003 roll year, followed by Taxpayer's redirect testimony for 2003. The Board then heard the Assessor's presentation for the 2003 roll year, after which began the Taxpayer's cross-examination of the Assessor's office. The Board took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:

RECONVENING OF THE BOARD

The Assessment Appeals Board reconvened at the hour of 1:37 p.m.

With the same parties present from the morning session, the Board continued to hear Taxpayer's cross-examination of the Assessor's office for the 2003 roll year, followed by Taxpayer's rebuttal testimony for 2003. The Board then commenced hearing testimony and evidence from the Taxpayer's expert witness, Ronald Baum, for the 2004 tax roll year, and took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:
