ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 for the City and County of San Francisco on Friday, January 19, 2007, at 9:11 a.m.

(Member Fatooh arrived at 9:25 a.m.)

The following listed applicant for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the 2004 assessment roll being present and heard, the Board continued hearing testimony from Taxpayer's expert witness, Ronald Baum, after which it heard Assessor's office cross-examination of Mr. Baum, followed by redirect testimony by the Taxpayer. The Board then took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective application:

The Board, at the hour of 10:43 a.m., recessed to reconvene at 1:45 p.m.

RECONVENING OF THE BOARD

The Assessment Appeals Board reconvened at the hour of 1:37 p.m.

With the same parties present from the morning session, the parties agreed to go proceed with the hearing with only a quorum of the Board present. The Board commenced hearing the Assessor's presentation for the 2004 roll year, followed by Taxpayer cross-examination of the Assessor's office, and redirect testimony from the Taxpayer's witness, Mr. Baum. The Assessor waived redirect testimony, and the Taxpayer waived rebuttal testimony. The Board then heard closing argument from the Taxpayer, after which the Board took action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective application:

There being no further business, the Board, at the hour of 4:09 p.m., recessed to reconvene Monday, January 22, 2007, at 9:30 a.m.
