ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

In the closed session meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 for the City and County of San Francisco on Monday, May 21, 2007 at 9:42 a.m.

With no public present for comment, the Board went into closed session at the hour of 9:54 a.m. to consult with legal counsel regarding the Board's jurisdiction of the below listed applications where the applicant failed to appear at the May 1, 2007 scheduled hearing.

At the hour of 10:40 a.m., the Board reconvened in open session and instructed the Clerk to draft a letter to the Assessor's office requesting additional information regarding the December 20, 2003 change of ownership and subsequent reassessment. The Board took no action on the original respective applications.
