ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 for the City and County of San Francisco on Wednesday, August 8, 2007, at 9:33 a.m.

The following listed applicant for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting various years of the assessment roll being present and heard, the Board commenced hearing evidence regarding the 2002 regular roll assessment (application 2002-1240). The Board took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:

RECONVENING OF THE BOARD

The Assessment Appeals Board reconvened at the hour of 1:33 p.m.

With the same parties present from the morning session, the Board continued hearing testimony and evidence from the applicant's first witness, Mary Coller, Controller for the Clift Hotel.

At the hour of 2:15 p.m. the Board went into closed session to hear testimony and evidence from the applicant's witness, Ms. Coller, regarding confidential, trade secret information. The Board reconvened in open session at the hour of 3:40 p.m. and took action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:

There being no further business, the Board, at the hour of 3:47 p.m., recessed to reconvene Thursday, August 9, 2007, at 9:30 a.m.
