ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 for the City and County of San Francisco on Wednesday, August 22, 2007, at 9:42 a.m.

Present: Peter Fatooh, Alec Lambie and Lawrence Lee

Quorum present

Chairperson: Lawrence Lee, Presiding

The following listed applicant for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the 2004 supplemental roll year being present, Commissioner Fatooh recused himself from hearing this matter due to litigation involving the applicant's attorney, Neil Eisenberg. With the parties in agreement to proceed with a quorum, the Board heard testimony from both parties, and then took action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:

RECONVENING OF THE BOARD

The Assessment Appeals Board reconvened at the hour of 1:16 p.m.

With no parties present, the Board considered applicant's written request to reinstate the below listed application, which was previously withdrawn by applicant's representative. The Board took action, as specified under this date, on the respective application:
