RECONVENING OF THE BOARD

The Assessment Appeals Board reconvened at the hour of 1:35 p.m.

With no public present for comment, the Board continued to hear cross-examination from the December 12, 2007 hearing by both parties regarding valuation for the 2005 roll year at issue. The Board then took action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:
