The following listed applicant for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the 1999 supplemental and subsequent tax roll years being present, the Board heard legal arguments from the both parties regarding whether or not the October 29, 1999 change of ownership was a reassessable event.
At the hour of 11:18 a.m., the Board went into closed session to review documents and consult with counsel regarding the legal matter at issue.
