The following listed applicant for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the 2006 supplemental assessment roll was represented by authorized agent, Peter Fatooh. At the commencement of the hearing Mr. Fatooh submitted written notice to the Board objecting to Member Jeffery Morris sitting as part of the assigned AAB panel.
At the hour of 9:45 a.m., the Board went into closed session to confer and consult with legal counsel regarding Mr. Fatooh's objection to Board Member Morris. The Board reconvened in open session at 10:15a.m. and took the following action on the original of the respective application:
