1. Roll Call.
2. Selection of a Chairperson for the Joint Meeting.
3. Public Comment (for items on the agenda as well as items not on the agenda but under the jurisdiction of the Boards).
4. Stipend pay for San Francisco Assessment Appeals Board Members.
- Review and discussion of the 2005-2006 Assessment Appeals Board Salary and Benefits Survey as published by the SBE in May 2006. [See attachment - "Item 4".]
- Discussion and possible action regarding the stipend currently paid to San Francisco Assessment Appeals Board Members.
5. Discussion and possible action regarding the assessment appeals filing period deadlines and the timely filing of assessment appeal applications.
6. Update on property tax bills currently pending before state legislation, which pertain to or affect theAssessment Appeals Board. [See attachment - "Item 6".]
7. Update by Marie Blits, Deputy City Attorney, on legal issues pertaining to or affecting the Assessment Appeals Board.
8. Open discussion regarding other local procedures, rules or matters effecting the Assessment Appeals Board.
9. Public Comment (for items not on the agenda, but under the jurisdiction of the Board).
10. Adjournment.

Please remember that the SF Sunshine Ordinance annual training requirement must be completed by the end of December 2007. The training video is accessisble on-line by going to the city's website (www.sfgov.org), and navigating to the Sunshine Ordinance Task Force homepage. After viewing the video, please forward to our office a copy of your self-assessment worksheet together with an original executed Certificate of Training and Sunshine Declaration form for processing with the Ethics Commission.
