ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 2 for the City and County of San Francisco on Monday, April 6, 2009, at 9:30 a.m.

With the following listed applicant for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the 2007 regular assessment roll being present, the Board, at the hour of 9:35 a.m. went into closed session to review additional documents received from the parties for the below application regarding applicant's request to amend said application to include an appeal for the penalty assessment. At the hour of 9:55 a.m., the Board reconvened in open session, heard additional testimony from both parties and took the following action on the respective application:

There being no further business, the Board, at the hour of 11:25 a.m., recessed to reconvene Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at 9:30 a.m.
