The Board opened it’s meeting and heard public
comment from Mr. Wayne Lesser and Mr. Michael Mendelson regarding the One
Market Plaza applications.
Following public comment, the Board heard testimony
from Mr. Eugene Barron. Following Mr. Barron’s testimony, the Board, at the
hour of 10:30 a.m. went into closed session. At the hour of 11:45 a.m. the Board
