The Board opened it’s meeting and heard public
comment from Mr. Wayne Lesser, who introduced Mr. John J. Dougherty. Mr. Dougherty,
previously a Deputy City Attorney for the City & County of San Francisco
who retired in March of 1992, also gave public comment regarding the One Market
Plaza applications.
Following public comment, the Board accepted and
entered evidence from both parties, heard testimony from both parties, and took
certain action, as specified under this date, on the respective list of applications(s):
