In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 3 of the City and County of San Francisco, Wednesday, January 22, 2003 at 9:36a.m.

The following listed applicant(s) for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the Assessment Roll for various years being present and heard, the Board convened in open session. There was no public comment given. The Board received a new document (Petitioner’s Exhibit 10).
At 9:43 a.m., following receipt of this new document, the Board went into Closed Session to review and discuss Petitioners Exhibit 10 with their legal counsel. At the hour of 10:05 a.m., the Board reconvened in Open Session and instructed the Petitioner to provide a written brief with legal points and authorities stating the factual basis in which the Petitioner requests to withdraw its 1604 R&T waiver agreements that are on file with the Assessment Appeals Board.
