Motion to approve the design of Growing Together, a painted mural, by artists Susan Cervantes, Yuka Ezoe and Max Marttila that will be painted on an exterior wall of 272 McAllister Street; 47 ft. high by 25 ft. wide. The project is funded with a Community Challenge Grant and is sponsored by the Precita Eyes Muralists Association, Inc.; the painted mural will not become part of the Civic Art Collection.

The artwork consists of ceramic tiles mounted on wood panels, measuring 9 ft. high by 16 ft. wide. The abstract geometric image was derived from a quilt designed by the artist, which was translated into an etching and then reproduced on ceramic tile. The artwork is located at San Francisco International Airport, Terminal 3, Gate 71.
