Motion: Motion to approve the untitled mural designs by artist Barry McGee, to be painted and installed on four locations at the Moscone Parking Garage located at 255 Third Street: the tower on the Southeast corner of Third and Clementina streets, at garage rooftop level, on four walls, three of which measure approximately 15 ft. by 10 ft. and one 15 ft. by 6 ft.;  a ground-level freestanding wall located at the rear facing Kaplan Lane, measuring approximately 7 ft. by 15 ft.; a portion of a wall located on the Northwest corner of Kaplan Lane facing Howard Street, measuring approximately 8 ft. by 12 ft.; and on a portion of an approximately 15 ft. by 20 ft. breezeway structure located on the Southwest corner of Third Street (artwork size is 5 ft. by 20 ft.). The project is funded by the Bently Foundation, Kenneth Rainin Foundation, Phyllis C. Wattis Foundation and individual donors. The project is sponsored by Sites Unseen, Inc. an initiative of the Yerba Buena Community Benefit District; the painted murals will not become part of the Civic Art Collection.

Meeting Procedures

1. Agenda items will be heard in order. Please note, that on occasion a special circumstance may necessitate that an agenda item be taken out of order.
