Due to the ongoing COVID-19 health emergency and to protect Commission members and members of the public, the Commission’s meeting room at City Hall (room 408) is still closed.  This meeting is being held by videoconference pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 and the Supplements to the Mayoral Proclamation Declaring the Existence of a Local Emergency.


Members of the public are encouraged to participate remotely by calling in to provide comment using the number and access code below.

A.    Emergency and Disaster Preparedness [Discussion Item] [Commissioner Tobin] Dr. Shari O’Neill, Chief Shelter Veterinarian at Animal Care & Control, will present regarding disaster preparedness for companion animals and their guardians.

A.    Reporting from Animal Care & Control [Discussion Item] [Commissioner Torres and Dr. Shari O’Neill] Animal Care & Control will report regarding outcomes for animals and ongoing operations.


B.    Commission Governance [Discussion/Action Item] [Commissioners Irani and Torres] The Commission will vote on a resolution in order to continue to meet remotely until in-person meetings are required.
