5. Informational Presentation [Discussion Only]
- Sam Murray started presentation as communications lead for San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. First part of the presentation was regarding Phase One the Bio Solids Project. Tom Birmingham of the SFPUC lead the presentation on the Bio Solids Project reviewing changes from the previous presentation, updating the committee on construction time lime and possible road closures. Project has been delayed to 2018 with and estimated completion in 2024. Jignesh Desai of the SFPUC spoke in regards to the Headworks and Power Feed. Headworks project doesn’t have as large of a neighborhood impact as Bio Solids Project and has a construction timeline of 2017 to 2022.
- CAC Members are worried about long term street closers and air quality impacts of multiple trucks moving through the area. EIR and SEQU reports haven’t been finalized and further outreach on lowest possible impact is still being processed.
6. Report from the CAO
- Jack Gallagher spoke with Supervisor Cohen’s Office on the relationship between Planning and the CAC. A recommendation has been proposed to Naomi Kelly to speak with John Rahaim and assign a liaison of the Planning Department to the CAC. Further discussion on the importance and need for stronger connection between CAC and Planning Department.
- Jack and Michael Hamman have drafted form letters to be sent out on behalf of the CAC. Letters are regarding CAC approval of project and noticed to project sponsor in request for presentation.

12. General Public Comment
At this time, members of the public may address the Citizens Advisory Committee on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee but do not appear on the agenda. With respect to agenda items, the public will be given an opportunity to address the Committee when the item is reached in the meeting. Each member of the public may address the Committee for up to three minutes.
The Brown Act forbids a Committee from taking action or discussing any item not appearing on the posted agenda, including those items raised at Public Comment. In response to public comment on an item that is not on the agenda, the Committee is limited to: briefly responding to statements made or questions posed by members of the public, or requesting staff to report back on a matter at a subsequent meeting, or directing staff to place the item on a future agenda. (Government Code Section 54954.2(a).)

Bayview Hunters Point YMCA is between Quesada and Revere Ave and is wheelchair accessible. The closest MUNI stop is on 3rd St, between Revere and Shafter Ave, 2 blocks away. The nearest MUNI lines are the KT Third St Light Rail and 44-O’Shaughnessy towards Hunters Point. There is accessible street parking around the YMCA.
City Hall is between Grove and McAllister Streets and is wheelchair accessible. The closest BART and MUNI
Metro Station is Civic Center, about three blocks away. Accessible MUNI lines nearest City Hall are: 42 Downtown Loop, 49 Van Ness-Mission and F-Market & MUNI Metro (Civic Center Station). There is accessible parking available in the vicinity of City Hall.
