3. General Public Comment
At this time, members of the public may address the Citizens Advisory Committee on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee but do not appear on the agenda. With respect to agenda items, the public will be given an opportunity to address the Committee when the item is reached in the meeting. Each member of the public may address the Committee for up to three minutes.
The Brown Act forbids a Committee from taking action or discussing any item not appearing on the posted agenda, including those items raised at Public Comment. In response to public comment on an item that is not on the agenda, the Committee is limited to:
• Briefly responding to statements made or questions posed by members
of the public, or
• Requesting staff to report back on a matter at a subsequent meeting, or
• Directing staff to place the item on a future agenda. (Government Code Section 54954.2(a).

5. New Business: Department and Project Sponsor Presentations
[Discussion and Possible Action]
a. 4712 3rd Street: Proposal for a HOME-SF Project Authorization, pursuant to Planning Code Sections 206.3, 328 and 737, to allow construction of a four-story, 40-foot tall residential building with 21 dwelling units and a ground floor commercial space on a vacant lot.
b. 6424 3rd Street at Key Avenue: Demolish 1.5 story commercial structure, currently used as a funeral home, and construct four-story building with 17 residential units over 2,121 sf retail and 17 parking spaces on ground floor.
c. SFMTA Evans Avenue Quick-Build project: Pedestrian, bicycle infrastructure, and other improvements along Evans Avenue, between Cesar Chavez and 3rd streets. The corridor is located in the Bayview neighborhood and includes commercial retail, light and heavy industrial, and city department activities.
