3. General Public Comment
At this time, members of the public may address the Citizens Advisory Committee on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee but do not appear on the agenda. With respect to agenda items, the public will be given an opportunity to address the Committee when the item is reached in the meeting. Each member of the public may address the Committee for up to three minutes.
The Brown Act forbids a Committee from taking action or discussing any item not appearing on the posted agenda, including those items raised at Public Comment. In response to public comment on an item that is not on the agenda, the Committee is limited to:
▪ Briefly responding to statements made or questions posed by members of the public, or

4. Report from the City Administrator’s Office [Discussion Only]
The CAO will update CAC members on staffing changes and 2021 plans for the CAC. The CAO will also review the Delegation Agreement entered into between the former Redevelopment Agency and Planning Department for the Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee.
5. New Business: Projects from the Planning Department [Discussion and Possible Action]
a. Hunters View Phase III
Hunters View Phase III is the final affordable phase of the revitalization of Hunters View HOPE SF. Phase III includes 188 units of 100% affordable public housing replacement and tax credit units across two buildings, including 20 units set aside for formerly homeless households, ground-floor community-serving space, a new neighborhood park, and new streets and infrastructure.
b. 5012 3rd Street
The project proposes the new construction of a 6-story building with 29 condominium units over ground floor retail use by utilizing the HOME-SF Program.
c. 2265 McKinnon
Convert existing warehouses for storage and sale of volatile materials. Project includes adding tank storage for liquid nitrogen and predominantly interior building improvements.
6. New Business: Presentations from Public Agencies [Discussion and Possible Action]
a. Downtown Congestion Pricing Study
The San Francisco County Transportation Authority will present its Downtown Congestion Pricing Study and seek community input.
b. Port Waterfront Resilience Efforts
The Port of San Francisco will present on their waterfront resilience efforts.
