2. Approval of Minutes from Previous Meetings

Motion: Chair Patel moved to approve the January 6, 2021 meeting minutes.
Action: Approved minutes for January 6, 2021.

3. General Public Comment
At this time, members of the public may address the Citizens Advisory Committee on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee but do not appear on the agenda. With respect to agenda items, the public will be given an opportunity to address the
Committee when the item is reached in the meeting. Each member of the public may address the Committee for up to three minutes.

4. Report from the City Administrator’s Office

Introduction of new member Linda Jordan, the African American Achievement Initiative and Post-Secondary Pathway Manager at San Francisco Unified School District.

5. New Business:
[Discussion and Possible Action]
a. 1550 Wallace Avenue: A change of use of approximately 8,500 sq ft from Warehouse to Industrial Agriculture, pursuant to Planning Code Section 210.3, requiring Conditional Use Authorization.
Speakers: = Ali Jamalian, Owner / Henry Karnilowicz, President of the Merchants Association, presented on a Cannabis Production Facility operation proposed in the Bayview.
Motion: Members Chan, Davis, Jordan moved to approve the project with the contingency that a Pilot Apprenticeship Program for the cannabis industry will help provide a pathway to social equity and economic sustainability for local hires.

b. CAC Questionnaire
Chair Patel requests that members report back with any comments to the CAC questionnaire. The questionnaire is an overview of the projects’ employment impact and commercial use. Will be discussed again and an action of final draft will be taken for approval at next month's meeting.
c. Forward calendar
Members would like a forward calendar that lists future projects in the pipeline and previous projects that have presented.

Member Chan would like to inquire about what City Hall has planned for the creation of BLM Community and Equity Programs.
7. Committee Members’ Proposed Future Agenda Items
[Discussion and Possible Action]
● Invite SFMTA Slow Streets Program back for an update for the March or April meeting.
● Contact SFMTA officials regarding Bus line 15/ service routes/reduction
● Member Henderson would like a meeting with a neighboring CAC committee regarding the Candlestick Park Project / Land Use Plan.
● Follow up with the new Planning Director for long range plans for the Cultural Arts District at the Bayview 3rd Street corridor.
