2. Approval of Minutes [Action]– April 4th, 2018
Requested that the approval of April 4th minutes be moved to Meeting of June 6th

4. Report from the CAO
-Change in administrative staff. Jack Gallagher has moved on, City Administrator in process of filling that position.  

5. Project Sponsor Withdraws Project
1713 Yosemite 
-This project consisted of a 58-foot tall, five-story residential structure containing six dwelling units and four automobile parking spaces within a M-1 Zoning District at the 65-J Height and Bulk District.  

6. Committee Members’ Comments and Announcements
- Committee Member Dan Dodt, comments on the existence of an “Internal Project Evaluation List.” Asks if this document can be presented at the next meeting
- Committee Member Michael Hamman, comments on the importance of having a liaison from the Planning Department at the Bayview CAC meetings in order to go into greater detail regarding project list.

7. Committee Members’ Proposed Future Agenda Items [Discussion]
-Committee Member Dan Dodt, proposes to have presentations from SF Produce Market, EDOT (Economic Development on Third), and other interested and relevant Merchant groups, to ensure their concerns are recognized.
- Chair Elouise Patton, proposes holding a hearing on traffic mitigation, potentially     with SFMTA and CTA
- Committee Member Dan Dodt, proposes attaching CBA (Community Benefit agreements) to certain projects, to compliment the needs of already designated CBD (Community Benefit Districts)
- Co-Chair Tim Chan, proposes quarterly presentations from CTA, SFTMA on transportation issues. 
- Chair Ellouise Patton, requests an update on the project at 241 Loomis St.
- Committee Member Dan Dodt, requests an update on the project at 749 Toland St.
- Committee Member Michael Hamman, requests updates on the projects located at;
 -1995 Evans Ave.
 -1801 Evans Ave.
 -1811 Jerrold Ave.

8. Meeting Outcomes
- Committee Chair Elouise Patton, proposes the creation of a Facebook page for the Bayview CAC.
- The City Administrator’s Office will be assisting in the creation of a list serve as a means to increase public participation in the Bayview CAC.

9. Next Meeting Schedule [Discussion and Action]
-The creation of sub-committee, to decide on agenda items. This sub-committee could meet just before the regular committee meetings at 5pm. Motion accepted to have Sub-Committee.

10. Adjournment

Government’s duty is to serve the public, reaching its decisions in full view of the public. Commissions, boards, councils and other agencies of the City and County exist to conduct the people’s business. This ordinance assures that deliberations are conducted before the people and that City operations are open to the people’s review.
