4. Informational Presentation [Discussion Only]
- ConnectSF
Doug Johnson with ConnectSF gave full presentation on the multi-agency collaboration, which includes SF Planning, SFMTA, SFCTA, and OEWD on the long term planning of San Francisco. 
Mr. Johnson addressed the nature of the program and the 4 guiding Principles the City and County of San Francisco are looking at when planning for the future of San Francisco. The four principles are Equity, Safety and Livability, Environmental Sustainability, and Economic Vitality. 
Many Committee members addressed interest in equity when the city is planning in the future. The Committee asked for Mr. Johnson to present again in the future to help provide community feedback. 
- San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Proposed 3rd Street Community Center (Southeast Community Center Replacement Project)
Dion-Jay L. Brookter and David Gray of the Southeast Community Center presented on the current plans for a new Southeast Community Center on 3rd Street.
Mr. Brookter and Mr. Gray provided history on the center and outreach done on what should be included in the new facility. The proposed new facility would have an open concept and flex space design. The key design points addressed a large childcare center and larger space for non-profit tenants. 
Committee Members express the need to create a large multipurpose space which utilizes the prime street space, allowing small business or even a grocery store to help build up the corridor. Member requested the possibility of building housing as well on the site, but Mr. Gray stated it was zoning issue and wasn’t possible. 
Committee asked to be kelp in the loop on an updates or design changes in the future.  
5. Report from the CAO
- Jack Gallagher of the City Administrator’s Office addressed an item presented by the CAC. 
All voting seats are filled. There are three open non-voting seats which have been posted on a number of city sites. Non applicants have applied for the seats.

- The next regularly scheduled meeting is August 6, 2017.
8. General Public Comment 
- At this time, members of the public may address the Citizens Advisory Committee on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee but do not appear on the agenda. With respect to agenda items, the public will be given an opportunity to address the Committee when the item is reached in the meeting. Each member of the public may address the Committee for up to three minutes. 
- The Brown Act forbids a Committee from taking action or discussing any item not appearing on the posted agenda, including those items raised at Public Comment. In response to public comment on an item that is not on the agenda, the Committee is limited to:
Briefly responding to statements made or questions posed by members of the public, or
Requesting staff to report back on a matter at a subsequent meeting, or directing staff to place the item on a future agenda. (Government Code Section 54954.2(a).)

Bayview Hunters Point YMCA is on the corner of Lane and Revere (1601 Lane St.) and is wheelchair accessible. The closest MUNI stop is on 3rd St, between Revere and Shafter Ave, 2 blocks away. The nearest MUNI lines are the KT Third St Light Rail and 44-O’Shaughnessy towards Hunters Point. There is accessible street parking around The Library.
