b. 5250 3rd Street: Proposal for new construction of a seven-story
residential building with 100 dwelling units under the HOME-SF
Program

Discussion:
-Vice-Chair Williams expressed support for HOME-SF Project.
Noted that development of an empty lot is beneficial and the
