Committee List

Best Practice Committee: identifies best practices of certain City departments and other government agencies for use throughout all departments.

Master Contract Committee: reviews and makes recommendations on the current use of the standard professional services contract document; studies the concept of a master contract for professional services that are applicable to more than one department thereby eliminating the need to have separate contracts by multiple departments with the same vendor for the same service.

Monitoring Committee: reviews and makes recommendations on standardizing and/or improving on the various methodologies and formats s by which non-profit contractors are monitored for the delivery of and accounting of services by various contracting departments.

Standardized Forms (reporting and invoicing) Committee: collects, reviews and makes recommendations on improving and standardizing on the multiple forms required of contractors by the various funding sources (local, state and federal).
