UPDATE: Living Roof at One South Van Ness Ave

1st year the plants sleep, 2nd year they creep, 3rd year they leap! We're well into the first year and seem to be ahead of schedule--definitely some creeping going on! And we're mitigating stormwater runoff, harvesting rainwater for irrigation, and creating wildlife habitat 8 floors above Market and Van Ness--see the evidence!
