(a) Discussion and possible action regarding an amendment to the Elections Commission Bylaws to include a regular meeting date and a new meeting time for the Budget and Oversight of Public Elections Committee.
(b) Discussion and possible action to recommend approval of a Commission general policy statement regarding transparency in all San Francisco Elections Department activities involving voting systems technologies as well as providing voting systems security.

The Elections Commission meeting will be held in Room 421, City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco, CA. The Commission meeting room is wheelchair accessible. The closest accessible BART station is the Civic Center Station at United Nations Plaza and Market Street.
