Interview Committee
1. Commissioner Alix Rosenthal called the meeting to order.
2. COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: President Michael Mendelson and Commissioner Brenda Stowers and Commissioner Alix Rosenthal.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT. None
4. MOVED to go into closed session pursuant to the Ralph Brown Act, Government Code section 54957 and the Sunshine Ordinance section 67.10 (b). The MOTION PASSED.
PUBLIC COMMENT. None
CLOSED SESSION held from 12:10 to 12:35 pm.
5. Reconvened into OPEN SESSION.
Commissioner Stowers moved not to disclose deliberations from closed session and that the committee make its recommendation for provisional director at the full Commission meeting Wednesday, September 18, 2002.
Public Comment: Dennis McKensie commended the work done by Acting Director John Arntz.
MOTION to not disclose closed session deliberations PASSED.
