PROPOSED BYLAWS AMENDMENTS
The following two amendments will be considered at the January 16, 2008 Elections Commission Meeting:
Discussion and possible action to amend Article V, Section 2-E of the by-laws from “The President shall present a draft of the annual report to the full Commission in July of each year and the annual report shall be approved by the full Commission no later than August 31 of each year.” to “The President shall present a draft of the annual report to the full Commission in November of each year and the annual report shall be approved by the full Commission no later than December 31st of that year.”
Discussion and possible action to amend Article VI, Section 3 of the by-laws from "The Commission shall conduct performance reviews for the Director of Elections and the Executive Secretary during each fiscal year.” to “The Commission shall conduct performance reviews for the Director of Elections and the Executive Secretary during each fiscal year beginning the fiscal year for 2008-2009.”
