Discussion on a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Electric Valuation Study (Discussion and Action Item).
Heard in Committee. Speakers: Gloria L. Young, Executive Officer; Nancy Miller, Legal Counsel; Francisco Da Costa requesting panel discussion with representatives from the southeast sector and experts on the Draft RFP.
Action: Approved with Amendments.
Vote: Ayes: Chairperson Commissioner Gonzalez, Commissioners Ammiano and Schmeltzer
Noes: None
Absent: Vice-Chairperson Commissioner McGoldrick
Amendments: Add sections to the Draft RFP asking for (1) an estimate of how much different segments of the RFP may cost and (2) where the funding would come from.
