Acrtion: Commissioner Ammiano moved that the Election of 2005-2006 Officers SF LAFCo is deferred to the February 4, 2005, SF LAFCo Meeting seconded by Commissioner Schmeltzer.
Vote: Ayes: Vice-Chair: Commissioner McGoldrick, Commissioners Ammiano and Schmeltzer.

Discussion on a Final Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Electric Valuation Study (Discussion and Action Item).

Action: Commissioner Schmeltzer moved, seconded by Commissioner Ammiano to approve the Request for Proposal with deletion of any reference to attached forms or contracts.
