   Commissioner Ammiano moved, seconded by Commissioner Schmeltzer to continue the item to the next meeting.

   Vote: Ayes: Chairperson Mirkarimi, Ammiano, McGoldrick, Schmeltzer.

   Action: Approved

4. Recommendation of Amendments to the Community Choice Aggregation Implementation Plan Submitted to the Board of Supervisors (Discussion and Action tem) (Continued from June 17, 2005).

   Commissioner Ammiano moved, seconded by Commissioner Schmeltzer to continue the item to the next meeting.

5. Resolution on Policy and Program Recommendations for Community Choice Aggregation Implementation Plan (Discussion and Action)
