1. Call to Order and Roll Call

The meeting convened at 2:10 p.m.

2. Approval of Minutes for September 9, 2005

Public Comment: None

Commissioner Ammiano moved, seconded by Commissioner Fellman to approve the minutes of September 9, 2005.

Vote: Ayes: Chairperson Commissioner Mirkarimi, Commissioners Ammiano, and Fellman.

Action: Approved

3. Report on the not to exceed $25,000 Contract to provide legal services regarding Community Choice Aggregation financing issues (Discussion and Action Item) (Continued from September 9, 2005)

4. Request of Commissioner Mirkarimi to discuss Municipal Cable, Television, High Speed Internet and Broadband Infrastructure (Discussion and Action item) (Continued from September 9, 2005)
