- Request of the Chief of Police to accept a donation of $5,000.00 from the Maloney Security Inc., for use by the SFPD Mounted Unit

- Assignment of disciplinary charges filed against Patrol Special Officer Hanley Chan (File no. C08-091 ALW) to an individual Commissioner for taking of evidence on a date to be determined by the Commission
